1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, Non-Return & Final Sale Policy, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by FitChores. We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities of any order, at our discretion.

  • Prices, promotions, products, sourcing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is accepted via the methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

3. Made-to-Order Products & Non-Return Policy

  • Our garments—including leggings, sports bras, and shorts—are made to order, while our tees are printed to order. Please carefully review all product details, fabric information, and size charts before purchasing. All sales are final.

  • FitChores reserves the right to change our Non-Return & Final Sale Policy, products, pricing, sourcing, or shipping practices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Order Fulfillment

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary. FitChores is not responsible for shipping delays, losses, or damages, including those caused by shipping carriers or third parties.

  • Orders may be fulfilled in one of the following ways:

    1. Direct to production partner – In some cases, once an order is placed on our website, it may automatically be submitted to our production partner for fulfillment.

    2. Processed by FitChores and then sent to our production partner –  In other cases, once your order is placed on our website, it may be processed by FitChores before being submitted to our production partner for production and shipment.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your shipping and contact information will be shared with our production partner solely for the purpose of order processing and fulfillment.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. FitChores is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

5. Site Content and Use Restrictions

  • The content on this site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs—is primarily the property of FitChores. Certain materials, such as mockups without graphics and size charts, are the property of our production partners.

  • You may not use any content for personal or commercial, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.

  • Accidental errors on the site, including pricing, product descriptions, or typographical mistakes, may occur. FitChores reserves the right to correct such errors, even after an order has been placed.

6. Defective Items

  • Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • FitChores reserves the right to determine eligibility for resolution at its discretion.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper care are not eligible for review.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FitChores, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and court costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  1. Your use of the website or products;

  2. Violation of these Terms, Privacy Policy, Non-Return Policy, or other FitChores policies;

  3. Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;

  4. Any content you submit or transmit through the website;

  5. Any actions or omissions by third parties, including shipping carriers or production partners, in connection with your orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitChores, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the website or products, including but not limited to:

  1. Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages;

  2. Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the website, including pricing, product descriptions, or typographical mistakes;

  3. Shipping delays, lost or damaged shipments, including cases where products are shipped directly by production partners;

  4. User measurement errors, sizing mistakes, or dissatisfaction due to fabric, color, or fit variations;

  5. Unauthorized access to or use of personal information, except where caused by gross negligence of FitChores;

  6. Events beyond FitChores’ reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures affecting website or shipping services.

Maximum Liability Cap:
FitChores’ total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the website or products shall not exceed the total amount you paid to FitChores for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

Acknowledgment of Risk:
By using this website and purchasing products from FitChores, you acknowledge that the use of the site, services, and products is at your own risk, and that FitChores cannot guarantee results or suitability for specific purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

FitChores reserves the right to modify or update these Terms, Non-Return Policy, Privacy Policy, product offerings, pricing, sourcing, and shipping practices at any time without notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page.

11. Non-Return & Final Sale Policy

At FitChores, all garments are made to order in partnership with our supplier. This made-to-order production model allows us to operate with limited to no inventory. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customers are encouraged to review fabric details, size charts, product descriptions, and the information provided below regarding fabric and color variations before placing an order. FitChores is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or customer selection. Checking measurements beforehand will help ensure the correct fit, as all items are final sale.

Fabric & Color Variations

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and fabric feel may occur due to lighting conditions, screen display settings, fabric dye lots, and manufacturing processes. These variations are normal and are not considered defects. Fabric appearance can also vary depending on color and stretch. Slight visibility of the lighter base fabric may appear when the material is stretched. This is a normal characteristic of certain fabrics and is not classified as a defect. This applies to leggings, bras, and shorts.

Wear & Care Disclaimer

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper care are not eligible for review or resolution. Customers are responsible for following all provided care instructions.

Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, you must notify FitChores within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of the defect is required for evaluation. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review. FitChores reserves the right to determine defect eligibility and the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

FitChores is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier-related issues, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase with FitChores, customers agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for orders that fall within the terms of this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order restrictions or account review.

Policy Agreement

By placing an order with FitChores, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Return & Final Sale Policy in full.
