Non-Return & Final Sale Policy
At FitChores, all garments are made to order in partnership with our supplier. This made-to-order production model allows us to operate with limited to no inventory. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Customers are encouraged to review fabric details, size charts, product descriptions, and the information provided below regarding fabric and color variations before placing an order. FitChores is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or customer selection. Checking measurements beforehand will help ensure the correct fit, as all items are final sale.
Fabric & Color Variations
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and fabric feel may occur due to lighting conditions, screen display settings, fabric dye lots, and manufacturing processes. These variations are normal and are not considered defects. Fabric appearance can also vary depending on color and stretch. Slight visibility of the lighter base fabric may appear when the material is stretched. This is a normal characteristic of certain fabrics and is not classified as a defect. This applies to leggings, bras, and shorts.
Wear & Care Disclaimer
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper care are not eligible for review or resolution. Customers are responsible for following all provided care instructions.
Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective product, you must notify FitChores within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of the defect is required for evaluation. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review. FitChores reserves the right to determine defect eligibility and the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
FitChores is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier-related issues, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase with FitChores, customers agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for orders that fall within the terms of this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order restrictions or account review.
Policy Agreement
By placing an order with FitChores, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Return & Final Sale Policy in full.
